HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTIONS?
We answer messages and emails in the order in which they are received and respond promptly. We usually respond within 24-48 hours of receiving a message or email.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship your order within 48 hours, so it is only in some cases possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us as soon as possible with your name and order number so we can correct your package before it is shipped.

If any of your items are out of stock, we will let you know by email when we expect to be able to ship the items. If the items are not expected to be back in stock within two weeks, we will automatically refund the purchase price for these items.
